What to include

Include the screen and time of the issue, your device and operating system, the app version, and steps to reproduce it. You can attach a screenshot with personal information covered.

Do not send passwords, verification codes, or payment card details. For an account issue, include your diary nickname and sign-in method.

Sign-in and records

Records belong to the account you signed in with. If records are missing, check that you used the same account and sign-in method as before. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account or its saved records.

Viewing a place

Tap “View place” on a record. Places linked to Naver or Google are looked up at that moment and can take a little time. If a lookup fails, retry or edit the record and enter the place directly.

Deleting your account and data

1. Sign in to the account you want to delete and open “Account”.
2. Find “Delete account” and review the explanation.
3. Confirm by pressing “Delete account and records”.

Starting deletion stops new entries and hides your shared records from other members. After photo cleanup, your records, photos, nickname, gender, date of birth, age group, country of signup, and sign-in links are deleted. This cannot be undone.

If deletion is pending or an error appears, return to Account and press “Continue deletion”. Completion is not guaranteed while the screen is closed. Email us if it keeps failing or you cannot sign in.

The internal account identifier, deletion start time, and completion status remain to prevent access through the old account. This does not delete your Kakao account or revoke consent held by Kakao.

Reporting and blocking

Open another member’s record, choose “Report record”, and select a reason. The operator can review reports and stop sharing a record when needed. Contact us by email if you wish to appeal a moderation decision.

“Block author” hides your shared records from each other. Review or remove blocks in Account settings.

Do not post harassment, hate speech, pornography, threats of violence, someone else’s personal information, illegal content, or spam. Respect other people’s rights and share only photos and text you are entitled to share.

Sharing and privacy

New records start as “Shared”. Change to “Only me” before saving if you want a private record. Photos, places, and notes in shared records can be seen by other signed-in members.
